To Make an Appointment for Family, Couples, Individual, or Financial Counseling
Phone or stop by to schedule an appointment; if you phone and there is no answer, please leave a message and someone will return your call within 24 hours.
If you live or work in Tippecanoe County your fee will be assessed on a sliding fee scale based on your family income and size. The maximum charge is $94.00/hour for therapy and $10.00 fee for an initial assessment with financial counseling; for continued services financial counseling will be based on a sliding fee scale with a maximum amount of $50.00 an hour. We require 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or you will be charged a $15.00 fee.
Arrive 30 minutes early for the first session in order to complete the intake process. Counseling sessions usually last 50 minutes, are private, and all records are confidential under ethical, legal and professional guidelines.
